Common questions about entering and racing with Hyper Red.
How many races can I enter in one week?
Up to 5 active entries per person per week. If you're at the limit and enter again, you'll be asked to pick one of your entries to replace.
Do I need an account?
No. The site signs you in anonymously in the background when it loads, which is how it knows which entries are yours. Only organisers have accounts.
Can I change or withdraw an entry?
Yes. Under Your entries this week in the Enter section, choose Change entry to edit your name, class, day, start time or contact details, or Withdraw to remove it. This works from the same browser you entered with. If you've switched browsers or cleared your data, ask an organiser on Discord.
Which time zone are start times in?
UTC by default. Tick Show in my time zone above the start times and the form, the race weekend schedule, the grid and your entries all switch to your device's time.
Who can see my details?
Your in-game name, class, day and start time appear on the public grid. Your Discord handle and Steam friend code are private: only you and organisers can see them. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Something looks broken. Who do I tell?
Message an organiser on Discord with what you saw and, if you can, a screenshot.
